Role of Construction Sign in Australia

Construction sign in Australia  forms a very important aspect in the building and construction industry. It basically has three important purposes which are the purpose of direction and instruction, to advertise the construction company which is responsible for the site of the project and also for the purpose of health and safety.

If a company is responsible for some building or construction, then it can advertise its company’s name so that everyone is aware as to which firm is completing the project. If there are huge construction sites, then there are a number of companies that may have to enter the site and this is where directional signs come in handy. Directional signs are basically of two types: "site office" and arrows.

In the recent past, health and safety at the workplace has become very important in the construction and building industry since there have been many incidents at the workplace which cause injuries and may also result in death at times. Therefore, by the use of these safety, danger and warning signs, the company will reduce their own costs, since there will be lesser injuries of the employees and lesser sick days that they will take.

The most common signs that are used in the construction industry are the Mesh Banners and the Corflute Signs. In the construction industry, three sizes of Corflute signs are used which are 1200mm X 900mm, 900mm X 600mm and 600mm X 450mm. These signs can be attached to hurricane metal fencing with the use of cable ties and eyelets which are there in each of the corners.
